Founded on the vision and entrepreneurial spirit of Late Shri. Kailash Chandra Agrawal and Mr. Prateek Agrawal, Prateek Paints & Ply Private Limited has grown from a humble retail outlet into a trusted name in paint industry. The journey began in 1995, when the company was established as Prateek Enterprises serving customers through a dedicated retail presence. Driven by a commitment to quality and growth, the company took a significant step forward in 2007 by venturing into Manufacturing of paints under the name Prateek industries. Building on this momentum, the company was formally incorporated in 2013 as Prateek Paints & Ply Private Limited, marking a new chapter of structured growth and expanded operation. In 2017, the company further diversified its portfolio by entering the plywood manufacturing segment cementing its position as a one stop solution for both paints and plywood needs.
The company takes pride in offering a wide range of products for interior and exterior surfaces, catering to diverse customer requirements from premium interior emulsion and decorative finishes to high performance exterior coatings designed to withstand the toughest weather conditions. Alongside its paints portfolio, the company’s plywood division offers quality ply products suitable for both residential and commercial applications. Making Prateek Paints & Ply a comprehensive brand trusted by builders, contractors and homeowners alike. Over the years, Prateek Paints & Ply has built a strong and reliable dealer network of approximately 500+ dealers across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, establishing deep roots in the regional market. With a growing reputation for quality and consistency, the company is now poised for its next phase of further expansion with strategic Plans to extend its dealer network in to other states. Today, the company is led by Mr. Prateek Agrawal as Managing Director, who continues to carry forward the founding legacy with a forward looking vision. The day-to-day operations are ably supported by two Working Directors – Mr. Praveen Agrawal, who oversees the paints division, and Mr. Arpit Agrawal, who manages the Plywood division. Together the leadership team brings a strong blend of industry expertise, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to delivering quality products and services to their valued customers.
